Our Story!
Since 2020

Mashawi is a Persian street kitchen in Bhopal that began its journey in 2020 in Sheopur, founded by a young couple with a simple idea. They started with burgers, rolls and pizzas but soon realised that these were common everywhere. They wanted to offer something truly special. Bhopal became their choice because the city appreciates Middle Eastern flavours. The couple blended authentic Persian street food taste with local Indian spices and introduced Persian Chicken Bandari to Bhopal. This unique creation is available only in Bhopal in India and has become the signature flavour that defines Mashawi today.
